Tokyo, Japan, November 13 2016 - Annual festival at Korea University in Tokyo. This year marks the 60th anniversary of the creation of the Univeristy. It was established by ethnic activist association and de facto North Korean embassy Chongryon (or Chōsen Sōren) on 10 April 1956.
