Naraha, Fukushima prefecture, Japan, January 8 2016 - At the former main stadium of J-Village, now used as a land for temporary housing for TEPCO workers, the clock stopped at 14:46 when the earthquake occured in March 2011. J-Village, a former soccer training center, was used after the Fukushinma Nuclear accident in March 2011 as a hub for decontamination workers.
