Belarus Free Theater in London

London, England, UK, 3 March 2022 - Portrait of Belarus Free Theatre founders Nikolai Khalezin (left) and Natalia Koliada (right) outside the studio during the intermission of the rehearsal of the play "Dogs of War", to be performed at London's Barbican Center on 10, 11 & 12 March 2022.
The Belarus Free Theater have long been seen as one of the world’s most vital theater companies, performing plays illegally in Belarus while raising awareness of the plight of the country around the world. But in 2021, the entire troupe had to flee their homeland as Belarus’s dictatorship clamped down on opposition figures.
