Yakuza business in Fukushima

Iwaki, Fukushima prefecture, December 13 2014 - Hisano YANAI (right) and an old friend in a local restaurant.
Hisao YANAI is a former yakuza boss of Hirono, 25km south of the nuclear power plant. He lost his right arm when he was 15 and spent 28 years in jail for various crimes during his life. He is now taking refuge in Onahama, 60 km from the plant, as it is still not allowed to live in his former house.
Mr Yanai owns two boats and 6 cars and visit his former house everyday.
