Futaba, Fukushima prefecture, Japan, Nov. 8 2016 - In the evacuated town of Futaba, host of reactors no. 5 et 6 of Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant. Since 2013, only 4% of the town has been open to visitors during daytime.
At the former town office, every clocks were stopped when the earthquake hit in March 11 2011 at 2.46pm official time.
