Karuizawa, Nagano prefecture, Japan, April 4 2017 - K-House in Karuizawa was designed by Japanese architect Kisho KUROKAWA as retreat for him and his family, a "summer house". The house was made of a central core and four capsules, identical as the ones he used for its metabolist icon: Tokyo's Nakagin Capsule Tower. It was renovated in 2020.
