Forest bathing in Japan

Shinanomachi, Nagano prefecture, Japan, April 17 2017 - A group of 3 newly hired employees of TDK Lambda company experience a forest bathing (shinrin yoku) around Lake Nojiri. During the 3-hour walk, the guide, Kazuhiro KORIKI, explains about the local fona and flora and makes them experience the forest in an altenative way, by using a stetoscop, cutting parasite trees, lying on the leaves or taking meditative breathes.
