tsukuba, Ibaraki prefecture, Japan, January 15 2016 - Mr Katsuhide OKADA, 72, former resident of Futaba town near Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant, showing two pictures of before and 5 year on the nuclear accident. Mr Okada and his wife opened in 1968 the Futaba Rose Garden, which became one of the most popular tourist attraction of the area. `Since the nuclear accident, the 750 different rose varieties have perished and Mr OKADA has moved to a house in Tsukuba, 200km from Fukushima. He is pursuing the plant operator TEPCO for compensations and is willing to design a new garden not far from his new place.
