Namie, April 4 2013 - A former resident paying a visit for a pray at a shinto shrine, in the middle of Ukedo's (Namie's former harbor) devasteted landscape, 7km from Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant. From April 1st 2013, residents are allowed to visit this part of the city during the day but not to stay overnight.
