tsukuba, Ibaraki prefecture, Japan, January 15 2016 - Portrait of Mr Katsuhide OKADA, 72, former resident of Futaba town near Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant. Mr Okada and his wife opened in 1968 the Futaba Rose Garden, which became one of the most popular tourist attraction of the area. `Since the nuclear accident, the 750 different rose varieties have perished and Mr OKADA has moved to a house in Tsukuba, 200km from Fukushima. He is pursuing the plant operator TEPCO for compensations and is willing to design a new garden not far from his new place.
