Fukushima city, February 25 2013 - Mr Kanoue pictured at his temporary housing in Fukushima city. Mr Kanoue used to live and work as a fisherman in Namie, a few kilometers north of the crippled Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant. His wife and his house were swept away by the tsunami.
